Hi there! I am currently a faculty member at Nanjing University.
Previously, I worked as a postdoc researcher at the University of Groningen, supported by the Dutch Ministry's Sectorplan "Humane AI."
I obtained my PhD from the University of Groningen under the supervision of
prof. dr. M. (Malvina) Nissim
and dr. A. (Antonio) Toral Ruiz.
Before that, I received my master’s degree from the China Academy of Engineering Physics and
my bachelor’s degree from Central South University.
I was born in Hainan (海南岛
), a lovely tropical
island in the southernmost province of China.

My research is centred on advancing Language Models (LMs) across two synergistic dimensions: linguistic competence and logical reasoning. On the linguistic side, I investigate controlled text generation and multilingual adaptation, aiming to enhance how models navigate complex stylistic and cross-lingual contexts. Complementing this, my research delves into the logical and thinking mechanisms of LMs, focusing on optimising reasoning accuracy and efficiency. Together, my research aims to shape humane AI that integrates precise, context-aware language generation with rigorous and reliable reasoning.
